What Can We Do For You?
When the stakes are high
There are few things in life as terrifying as facing criminal charges. The good news is, you don't have to face the situation alone. Attorney Cutillo brings to bear his years of experience in the court system, and his intimate knowledge of its ins-and-outs, in order to secure you the best possible outcome.
When the law hits home
Unfortunately, many of us wind up in Family Court at one point or another. Whether you have a custody or child support matter, or you need representation in a divorce, Attorney Cutillo is ready to help guide you safely through these times of personal crisis.
Civil, Probate, Employment
Have you been injured? Have you lost a loved one, only to find that you're now caught up in a dispute over inheritance? Are you the victim of workplace discrimination or harassment? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you'll want the assistance of a trained professional. Attorney Cutillo can help ensure that you are not taken advantage of, and that you receive the compensation that you deserve.
A 2014 graduate of the Quinnipiac University School of Law, Attorney David J. Cutillo began his legal career as an intern for current State Representative Attorney Craig C. Fishbein. He has since served as a clerk in both the Hartford Family Court, as well as in the New Haven Superior Court, notably, as a clerk for the Presiding Criminal Judge in New Haven Judicial District. While Attorney Cutillo is a general practitioner, he takes a special interest in firearms-related matters. Aside from his years of experience as an NRA instructor, Attorney Cutillo also sits on the Board of Directors for the CT State Rifle and Revolver Association, and has been nominated to serve on the State Board of Firearms Permit Examiners.
